Andy previously worked at Shin & Kim LLC, one of the leading law firms in Korea, and represented multinational corporations in international disputes. He also has experience assisting clients through his expertise in criminal defense, construction, environmental, and antitrust issues.

Prior to joining SOMA, Andy served as a military prosecutor, gaining extensive expertise in criminal and disciplinary issues by handling military criminal cases. As a secretary of the State Compensation Deliberation Committee and a government litigation representative, he demonstrated exceptional capability in resolving complex legal issues while managing numerous state compensation cases, construction and environmental remediation litigation, and administrative cases.

He is focused on finding optimal solutions while prioritizing client interests, delivering highly effective legal services from the clients' perspective.
